The idyllic island region of northwestern Norway has been the home of the people of Ulstein for hundreds of years. The mild coastal climate ensure rich farming, while the sea supports the industry which has seen Ulstein grow so strong.

Here, beside the Atlantic, it's difficult to tire of the ever-changing face of nature: enjoy the play of light over the sea, the sparkling fresh colours of spring, the fresh clear air, the long harmonious summer evenings, or the awe-inspiring winter storms.
